AUTHORITY OF THE FREEPORT AREA OF BATAAN INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Implementation of the renowned, ever famous, successful Integra HRIS for the government and the customization of a software for their billing and collection and company registration. Integra HRIS manages the Human Resource System of the whole freeport area and at the same time manage the companies that are transacting in the freeport management and also the billing of all the utilities and rentals of all the companies and individuals that are residing or co-locators inside the freeport area.

Department of Foreign Affairs Human Resources Information System

Developed a customized human resources information system (HRIS) solution to keep an electronic database of employee information and related personnel records for its Human Resource Management Office.

Procurement of the Presidential Management Staff Human Resource Management Information System

The Presidential Management Staff is the primary government agency responsible for providing technical assistance and advice to the President in exercising overall management of the development process. This is an ongoing project of HRIS, Cosmotech will automate the human resources work proccess by utilizing the latest technology and information system, with the primary purpose of streamlining and enhancing work efficiency, as well as minimizing human errors brought about by using existing manual or standalone systems with PMS have right now.

Bureau of Customs

It’s a complete HRIS comprising of 13 modules Employee Records Management, Recruitment, Time and Attendance, Leave Management, Employee Self Service, Training and Development, Payroll, Strategic Performance Management, Medical, Wellness and Relations, Property Monitoring, Dashboard/ Executive Information and Security. The project includes 100 Facial Recognition Biometrics and 40 sets of Kiosk to be used for their time and attendance and Employee Self Service. The system will provide availability of accurate and timely data about human resources by automating routine processes across these modules.

After long years of searching for the best HRIS fit for the agency, the Philippine Ports Authority awarded through a public bidding won by Cosmotech for implemetation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with the advancement of technology in software comes the rise of people-centric HRIS as well. The Integra HRIS: Government Edition, a leading solution that has been already implemented in several Philippine government offices and agencies, has recently been rolled out in the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA). The HRIS that automates various recruitment, selection and placement processes from publication of vacant positions, evaluation of credentials, scheduling of exam/interview, shortlisting of applicants, and generation of relevant HR database.

Developed a customized payroll and benefits management information system (PBMIS) solution and to automate the computation of salaries, employee benefits, budget allocation, payments and other financial disbursements of its Office of Financial Management Services.

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Acquisition Of One (1) Lot Compliance System Enhancement Project (Software)

Cosmotech is behind the system used by PDEA Compliance Service which Cosmotech won through a public bidding the developed system holds all information on the Compliance Service clients including medical practitioners such as doctors and veterinarians applying for S Licenses, as well as information on pharmaceutical and other industrial companies applying for S / P license and local permits. It contain detailed information of the semi-annual reports submitted by entities/companies regarding the purchase and manufacture of dangerous drugs and controlled precursors and essential chemicals.

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency(PDEA) Acquisition Of One (1) Lot Strategic Performance Management System Project (Software)

Aside from the Compliance System Enhancement Project, Cosmotech also won via public bidding The Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), this system is one of the programs implemented by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) that seeks to link individual performance with the Agency’s organizational vision, mission and strategic goals. The SPMS automated the tedious task of collating and computing the personnel’s individual performance commitment review, and the division performance commitment review. Cosmotech also ensured that the organizational effectiveness and improvement of individual personnel efficiency by cascading institutional accountabilities to the various levels of the Agency anchored on the establishment of rational and factual basis for performance targets and measures.

Z Connect Integra Queue Master (2021)

After the successful implementation of the first project with Z connect, another Queuing Management System project was implemented to their client. The system has 10 call stations with Kiosk wherein the visitors can select what Department to go to.

NKTI / Baxter Integra Queue Master (2021)

Baxter Healthcare Philippines awarded the Queuing Management System project to Cosmotech to manage National Kidney Transplant Institute (NKTI) patient’s schedule on claiming the solutions and appointment scheduling for the doctor’s visit. With this system, the administrator can set the maximum number of patients per day for the next claim and clinic visit to reduce the number of people waiting in the building and to improve quality care for the patients. The system also includes an SMS feature that will remind the patients three days prior to their schedule.The QMS project is located at the newly built Peritoneal Dialysis Facility (NKTI).

DTI - Bureau of Phil. Standards Integra Queue Master (2017)

Integra Queue Master manages the voluminous customers transacting into the Department of Trade and Industry for the registration of their businesses, Integra Queue Master also facilitates gathering of the feedback from the customers leaving the DTI management the right tool to know more about how to serve their customers.

GSIS Preventive Maintenance of Queuing system

The project “Preventive Maintenance of Queuing System” of GSIS through competitive bidding has awarded to Cosmotech Philippines, Inc.
The project is composed of checking the existing active components of the Queuing System of GSIS 41 branches. Upgraded the Ticket Printer from the Manual Button to an Android Touch Screen Ticket printer.

A foreign bank from Hong Kong contracted us to provide them with the queuing system to manage the queue of bank clients going inside the bank on total of ten branches.

To manage the queuing of the students during enrolment, the university decided to procure a system that will organize queues and maximize the productivity of their employees.

Payroll Management

Process payroll for thousands of employees in a few minutes, thereby saving a significant amount of time in payroll preparation. Likewise, it automates computation of government statutory deductions such as withholding tax, GSIS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. In addition, it handles the processing of Year-End Benefit (YEB) and Cash Gift, Year-End Tax Adjustment, RATA, PERA, Loyalty Pay, Longevity Pay and allows to create and define qualification criteria to process other unlimited earnings and bonuses. Government reports namely GSIS remittances and loan payments, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR Form 2316, and alphalist are available in the system. Furthermore, employees may request for a voluntary SSS Contribution.

Recruitment

Online submission of Personal Data Information, and filing of required documentary requirements has never been more accessible and easier to internal and external applicants. The system handles scheduling of examinations and interviews with email notifications to applicants. It automates the initial screening of applicants’ age and citizenship, records their examination scores and interview ratings and provides information on the required CSC Qualification Standard per position against the qualification of the applicant for easier evaluation. Personnel Selection Board (PSB) members can transcribe their agreement, results of their deliberation and scores per applicant. The module captures different recruitment status such as For Hiring, For Interview, For Examination, For Archive, For Future Pool, and Blacklisted. It automatically transfers hired applicant’s electronic record to employee masterfile.

Employee Self-Service​ - (ESS)

The Employee Self-Service allows a paperless application and approval of Leave of Absence, Overtime (OT), Travel Order (TO), Official Business (OB), DTR Correction, and Training Requests anytime, anywhere using the internet. Approvers are user-definable and can be assigned on a per employee basis. Users don’t have to worry about their application as they will be notified about the status of their request. Likewise, employees may view and print their own payslip, Daily Time Record (DTR) and Leave Ledger wherever they are at any instance which reduces the time and effort of the HR Personnel.
To keep the employees updated of the current activities and information about the agency, the system is designed to allow the HR Personnel to upload News, Announcements, and Company Policies. Moreover, employees are allowed to submit their personal feedback and suggestions to HR Personnel. Forums are also possible in the system for the employees to discuss important topics without roaming around other departments/areas.ESS may come with mobile application which makes it more portable and convenient for employees to use when filing applications and accessing timesheets and payslips.
