It’s a complete HRIS comprising of 13 modules Employee Records Management, Recruitment, Time and Attendance, Leave Management, Employee Self Service, Training and Development, Payroll, Strategic Performance Management, Medical, Wellness and Relations, Property Monitoring, Dashboard/ Executive Information and Security. The project includes 100 Facial Recognition Biometrics and 40 sets of Kiosk to be used for their time and attendance and Employee Self Service. The system will provide availability of accurate and timely data about human resources by automating routine processes across these modules.
After long years of searching for the best HRIS fit for the agency, the Philippine Ports Authority awarded through a public bidding won by Cosmotech for implemetation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with the advancement of technology in software comes the rise of people-centric HRIS as well. The Integra HRIS: Government Edition, a leading solution that has been already implemented in several Philippine government offices and agencies, has recently been rolled out in the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA). The HRIS that automates various recruitment, selection and placement processes from publication of vacant positions, evaluation of credentials, scheduling of exam/interview, shortlisting of applicants, and generation of relevant HR database.
Developed a customized payroll and benefits management information system (PBMIS) solution and to automate the computation of salaries, employee benefits, budget allocation, payments and other financial disbursements of its Office of Financial Management Services.
Cosmotech is behind the system used by PDEA Compliance Service which Cosmotech won through a public bidding the developed system holds all information on the Compliance Service clients including medical practitioners such as doctors and veterinarians applying for S Licenses, as well as information on pharmaceutical and other industrial companies applying for S / P license and local permits. It contain detailed information of the semi-annual reports submitted by entities/companies regarding the purchase and manufacture of dangerous drugs and controlled precursors and essential chemicals.
Aside from the Compliance System Enhancement Project, Cosmotech also won via public bidding The Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), this system is one of the programs implemented by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) that seeks to link individual performance with the Agency’s organizational vision, mission and strategic goals. The SPMS automated the tedious task of collating and computing the personnel’s individual performance commitment review, and the division performance commitment review. Cosmotech also ensured that the organizational effectiveness and improvement of individual personnel efficiency by cascading institutional accountabilities to the various levels of the Agency anchored on the establishment of rational and factual basis for performance targets and measures.
After the successful implementation of the first project with Z connect, another Queuing Management System project was implemented to their client. The system has 10 call stations with Kiosk wherein the visitors can select what Department to go to.
Baxter Healthcare Philippines awarded the Queuing Management System project to Cosmotech to manage National Kidney Transplant Institute (NKTI) patient’s schedule on claiming the solutions and appointment scheduling for the doctor’s visit. With this system, the administrator can set the maximum number of patients per day for the next claim and clinic visit to reduce the number of people waiting in the building and to improve quality care for the patients. The system also includes an SMS feature that will remind the patients three days prior to their schedule.The QMS project is located at the newly built Peritoneal Dialysis Facility (NKTI).
Integra Queue Master manages the voluminous customers transacting into the Department of Trade and Industry for the registration of their businesses, Integra Queue Master also facilitates gathering of the feedback from the customers leaving the DTI management the right tool to know more about how to serve their customers.
The project “Preventive Maintenance of Queuing System” of GSIS through competitive bidding has awarded to Cosmotech Philippines, Inc.
The project is composed of checking the existing active components of the Queuing System of GSIS 41 branches. Upgraded the Ticket Printer from the Manual Button to an Android Touch Screen Ticket printer.
To maximize frontline efficiency and manage orderliness of the voluminous members coming into the GSIS Branch Offices, a total of 42 Branches Nationwide. GSIS awarded the project to Cosmotech Philippines Inc., through a public bidding for the implementation of Queuing System utilizing the Integra Queue Master using High-End Display, Ticket Printer, Sound System, and PC with the Server and Workstation Software.
LTO NCR awarded a project to Cosmotech through a public bidding to supply and implement a queuing system for 8 branches in Metro Manila. LTO used our system to make sure the service time for each customer are tracked. It is also a helpful tool to measure the efficiency of the employees managing the front line.
To manage orderliness of the voluminous transaction of customers coming into the LTO Branches, LTO Region 3 awarded the project to Cosmotech Philippines Inc., through a public bidding for the implementation of Queuing System utilizing the Integra Queue Master using High-End Display, Kiosk with Server and Ticket Printer and tablet pc for the tellers.
To maximize efficiency and manage orderliness of the voluminous customer transaction, LTO Region 2 awarded the project to Cosmotech through a public bidding for the implementation of Queuing System using High-End Display, Kiosk with Server and Ticket Printer and Tablet PC for the tellers.
The Queuing System of LTO Region 8 was awarded to Cosmotech through a public bidding to maximize efficiency and manage orderliness of the voluminous customer transacting with LTO utilizing High-End Display, Kiosk with Server and Ticket Printer and tablet pc for the tellers.
This queuing was deployed to mitigate the social distancing during covid-19 pandemic by providing queuing system to manage the people coming inside the water district utilizing High-End Display, Kiosk with touch monitor and Ticket Printer, PC with the Server and Workstation Software.
NHMFC warded to Cosmotech through a public bidding the Implementation of Integra Queue Management System to replace their old queuing system with a more flexible system with built-in analytics and reports which is helpful to the agency utilizing High-End Display, Kiosk with touch monitor and Ticket Printer, PC with the Server and Workstation Software.
A foreign bank from Hong Kong contracted us to provide them with the queuing system to manage the queue of bank clients going inside the bank on total of ten branches.
To manage the queuing of the students during enrolment, the university decided to procure a system that will organize queues and maximize the productivity of their employees.
